Trek Fee Includes:

  • Accommodation: From Day 1 to last day of the trek accommodation will be provided at campsite.
  • Meals: From Dinner on Day 1 to Breakfast on Last day of trek are included. Himalayan Trekker Provides on Vegetarian food.
  • Trek Equipments: Sleeping bag, mattress, tent (twin sharing), kitchen & dinning tent, toilet tent and utensils.
  • Camping Charges: All necessary permits and entry fees.
  • Safety Equipment: First aid medical kits, stretcher and oxygen cylinder.

Trek Fee NOT Includes:

  • Food during transit to and from the base camp
  • Backpacks Offloading: Porter to carry personal backpack
  • Note:Himalayan Trekker expect you to carry your own backpacks,if you wish to offload your backpack, you can give it to Potar. Charges - 800 full trek You have to inform us in advance for backpack offloading. once we reached at starting point of trek offloading can't be possible.
  • Stay at Manali on the last day

Cancellation Polices:

  • Cancellations prior to 15 days from the start of the Trek: Get a full refund (minus 5% transaction cost). The money will be transferred to the same bank account from where the transaction was made.
  • Cancellations prior to 10 days from the start of the Trek: 50% Cancellations Charges. The money will be transferred to the same bank account from where the transaction was made.
  • Cancellations less than 7 days of departure: Unfortunately, NO REFUND.

1. What is the best time for Hampta Pass Trek?
Hampta Pass trek is one that can be done any time regardless of the season. Still the most suitable to enjoy each moment of the trek are the months from June to September. During this time, the temperature level will be in an average of 13 to 18 degree Celsius during day time and it drops to a low of 0 degree Celsius at night. In September, the temperature drops down ever more. June has a special place in Hampta Pass trekkers' mind and the reason behind it is the snow. So, a lot of adventure lovers have pointed out that mid June can be considered as the best time to do a thrilling trek to Hampta Pass.
2. What medicines I should carry? Can I take diamox?
You can carry you own personal medicines and firs-aid kit with you, but make sure you have consulted the concern doctor before carrying medicines and before consuming any medicine discuss with your trek leader. Yes, you can carry Diamox only if you have Doctor's prescription.
3. What is the level of fitness expected from the participants?
The difficulty level of Hampta Pass trek is MODERATE. Hence, it is recommended that you have a little prior experience of trekking and have the optimum level of fitness. It is advisable that you go through a thorough medical check-up before booking the trek.
4. Will there be mobile connectivity?
During your trek, you may find mobile connectivity in some places. But for the majority of times, there will no mobile connectivity during the Hampta Pass trek.
5. How is Hampta Pass Trek weather?
Almost moderately warmer climate can be experienced at Hampta Pass if you choose June and July and the day temperature varies from 13 to 18 degree Celsius and it falls into 0 to 7 degree Celsius at night. When it comes to September, the climate will become colder with slightly lower temperature during day time as well as at night. There will be snow fall at different points on the trek till early days of July and if it is raining, then the snow will melt away.
